A beautifully crafted solid sterling silver toggle bracelet - made to order. Bracelet shown in the photograph is 21cms but the length can be changed prior to shipping if this is required.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
RETURNS:
At Sølv & Safir, we pride ourselves on delivering beautifully handcrafted jewellery. We are happy to offer a credit note (excluding a $5 postage fee) should you change your mind within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase. Credit notes are issued in the form of a gift card and valid for 12 months.
A credit note will be issued if item is returned in original, brand new condition and not worn (inclusive of original packaging, including jewellery box/bag)
Returns are assessed. If a return does not meet our requirements, a $2 shipping fee will be charged to return your jewellery. Sølv & Safir are not liable for returned items that are lost or damaged.

What if my item is faulty?
All Sølv & Safir jewellery comes with a six-month manufacturing warranty. Prior to being shipped all of our items will have a final inspection. In rare instances, a manufacturing fault may occur.
Jewellery found to have a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge. To notify us of a defect, contact Sølv & Safir via email: jodypederson@gmail.com.
Faults incurred after six-months are considered a result of general wear and tear or mishandling. Our manufacturing warranty does not cover these.
Manufacturing faults do not include: Broken or snapped chains, oxidisation or tarnish, misshaped bands, bent claws, snapped pendants, chipped, cracked, lost gemstones or pendants.
Returns are assessed and if it doesn't meet our requirements, $25 shipping fee will be charged to return your jewellery. Sølv & Safir is not liable for returned items that are lost or damaged.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
At present, Sølv & Safir accept payments via direct debit, paypal and international bank transfers.
A 50% down payment will need to be made on purchases, with the remaining funds paid prior to delivery of items. The purchaser will forfeit the 50% down payment should they change their mind regarding the purchase once the design and construction have commenced.

Every effort will be made to send your item to you as soon as possible, but please be mindful that all pieces are completed by hand and take time to create. Please contact owner prior to placing an order to confirm approximate shipping timeframes.
Items can be shipped overseas; however, the costs of shipping may vary depending on country.
